ROLLERS
We have the ability to manufacture all types of rollers to customers specifications, using a variety of different materials including regular mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel
We can produce rollers up to 3000mm between centres and up to 450mm dia at present
Gravure printing – We hold and manufacture precision gravure cylinders for all the leading Print machine makes including Cerutti, Uteco, Windmoeller & Holscher, Rotomec
Rubber roller cores – We work with a number of leading rubber coverer’s and can offer to manufacture complete or simply the base roller.
Heating & Cooling rollers – Single shell or double shell. All cylinders are pressure tested before they leave the building.
Air mandrels for Sleeve printing
Mandrels are precision ground to suit industry standard sizes
Lightweight Foam Filled Rollers – We have developed a technique over a number of years that allows us to manufacture large diameter cylinders at a fraction of the weight.
Embossing & Anilox Rollers
Hardened Crush Cut Rollers: Manufactured from materials capable of reaching 63-65 Hrc, these rollers are mainly used in the Slitting Industry.

BALANCING
All cylinders/rollers are dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 Grade G6.3 unless stated differently on the customers drawing.
Our state of the Art balancing machine is a top of the range CEMB – ZB750/TC/GV horizontal balancing machine.
We can balance rollers up to 3mtrs long, 450mm dia and up to 1000kg.
We also specialise in balancing pump impellers and can work with components up to 1000mm in dia

Milling
Essential in the production of some specialised rollers
We offer both batch manufacture and contract Milling, as a support to our customers
Our latest investment is the XYZ SMX5000 CNC Milling Machine
Sub Contract Machining
Our range of manual and CNC lathes allow us to machine many different parts from customers free issue materials to their specified instructions
