We are proud to be an independent UK based Engineering and manufacturing company.

Established in 2004, to meet the demands of the Gravure Printing sector, we manufacture both shafted and sleeved gravure printing bases.

We supply both direct to printers and engravers, priding ourselves on developing strong relationships with all our customers.

We further developed our capabilities by providing high quality rollers to the OEM machine building sector, comfortable in supplying rollers with tight tolerances from Mild steel, Aluminium (anodised or natural) to stainless steel and more exotic material.

Roller Turning Services invests and reinvest in our machinery to ensure they, like our skilled staff, meet the exacting standards of our industry.

Both Batch and one-off manufacturing along with contract turning is our speciality.
